Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, child development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Certified Parent Educator (CPE) credential is preferred.

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working with families and children in an educational or community setting.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals in a variety of settings.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various school locations.

• Demonstrated punctuality and a strong work ethic.

• Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
